Mr. James Edward McNeil, 65 of Apex, NC passed on Saturday, December 24, 2022. Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Albright Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Justice Cemetery, Apex NC. Public viewing from 12PM - 1PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
