Mr. Thomas D. Toomey 87 of New Hill, NC passed Monday, February 8, 2021. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Albright Funeral Home Chapel Apex, NC burial will be in Liberty Chapel Church Cemetery Moncure, NC.
